These terms govern your use of the Irezumi Ink website and purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
General
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase from us.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time of purchase.
- Product images are for illustration. Minor colour or print variations may occur due to screen settings and production processes.
Pricing & currency
Prices may be shown in AUD or converted display currencies for convenience. All charges are processed in AUD at checkout unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates are indicative and may differ slightly from your bank’s rate.
Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order before production if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected—in which case you will receive a full refund.
Made-to-order products
Most apparel is produced after you order. Production and shipping times are estimates only. See our Shipping page for details.
Intellectual property
All site content, designs, logos, and artwork are owned by Irezumi Ink or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
